Well it is part of the same agenda for sure , take away individuals choices by claiming Governments have to step in and fix a problem that is mostly a non-problem.

.You have a point. Just look who wrote a book about it, without proof Global Warming exists, and who bought into his "ideas", not caring about the truth.....Al Gore, and Liberals, and what do they want more than ANYTHING in the world? The defeat of Capitalism, and the establishment of Socialism.

No, sweetie, it is a proven fact that even oil companies are coming around to realizing. The only reason global warming was denied was 1) by people who had a vested interest in preserving the status quo 2)because these companies paid scientists to find any sort of "proof" that something other than fossil fuels could be responsible. Now, these companies are beginning to find ways to invest in green technology because they realize that a change is coming. Since when has change ever been BAD for capitalism? It fosters new thinking, new technology, and new opportunity for financial gain. We can only hope our efforts are enough.

Global warming is not a political issue it is a religion. The liberals are trying to create their own belief system where traditional religions are not allowed openly in the United States, and set views based on faulty science force the masses to paying homage to Al Gore. ( While he wastes as much energy as he possibly can )
Note he plans to single handedly use up all the fossil fuels in the world, eliminating the reason people go to wars thus bringing on world peace. ( No wonder he got that meaningless prize. )
Clint_slicker, that was a good question, so I submitted it.

Socialist countries Like Sweden, UK, Germany, France, Japan, etc all are ahead of the USA in the Global warming issue.
Although countries like China, North Korea, Vietnam, etc are not taking the issue seriously.
What would you consider to be more socialist Sweden or China?

Replacing current technologies with ones that are better for the environment would be very capitalistic....Replacing dated technology with the improved, means economic development for those with innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
