sometimes when i insert my tampon it is painful and i have to pull it out but when i put a new one in it is fine what is goin on?

young and not expanded yet. I like using pads better because when I pi it will not get wet.(just a thought)

redhead - Sometimes you can insert the tampon at an odd angle and it is not in its proper place inside of your body. I suspect this is why you feel pain.
Don't sit when you insert them, do it from a standing position.

Your dry when you insert it - when you remove it, well, it's blood soaked and not dry.

sounds like you are not angling it right. angle it towards the back and it should be fine
