The thing with Roger Waters and David Gilmour is, neither hit you so quickly because they cancel each other out as best front man....
Well, my vote goes to The Lizard King for frontman, he definitely was a huge part of the band.
Vocalist for me would have to go to Paul Rodgers of Free/Bad Company, the guy can sing like no one else, and David Gilmour's vocals are also amazing.
