Google colleges or ask your guidance counsler if you are in school. Local colleges can tell you how to start

Are you in the US? And you're looking for a bachelors degree, right? You can't major in medicine at the undergrad level in the US. That's something you do after you've already obtained a bachelor's degree.

Instead, actually, you can major in anything you'd like, but most people major in something somewhat related to science. But you can major in English, or Biology, or Chemistry, or Physics, or History, or what have you. So long as you take the pre-requisite courses that med schools require, you're good.

Ideally, you'd find a university that offers a pre-med advisor. You don't major in pre-med, but the advisor is there to tell you which courses you need to take, as part of your degree, to meet the pre-requisites for med school, as well as advise you on other aspects of the med school application process.

Discuss this with your high school or college guidance counselor.

P.S. In the future, please ask more relevant questions, such as, in your case, "Best college for ob/gyn?" rather than "where would I go?".
