My disk has a smudge on it and i've tried cleaning it with soap and water but it won't come out, now what?

I've also used the cd cleaning solution and soaking it in the soap and water.

It is probably a grease stain. Put a degreaser lightly on a rag and gently rub so you don't ruin the finish of the business side of the disc.
