There is no 'right' or single 'correct' strength - it all depends on the job.
An employer will be looking for different skills from a worker in a warehouse than from a operator in a call center. It all depends - if you can let us know the area you are applying for i/ we can be more specific.
As others have said - spelling, confidence, ability to answer questions will a full sentence rather than grunts is always a good start.
As you want specific answers - it is better to answer a specific or SMART question. http://www.rapidbi.com/created/WriteSMARTobjectives.html).

If they ask you that question a good reponse is that you have a high sense of urgency.
If you want to know how to present yourself in an interview- confidence is the key.
Even if you don't know the answer be confident in what you say.

Being professional, knowledgeable and confident in how they interview. You only get a short time to make an impression so you need to look and speak your best.
