I think it is crazy to have a law like that, and punish someone for going around in their underwear, but not do anything to the guys who buy their pants 4 sizes too big, and have their pants pulled or falling down to their knees, with their underwear showing for all to see, and not get in trouble! I would say, that is not fair, if it ever happens that someone gets in trouble for going around in their underwear, they should bring up this point, and plaster it all over the media!! Anyway, just my 2 cents worth!

well, I wore my boxers and body by victoria tanktop outside to get the paper this morning. No one really cared. Underwear are more see-through I suppose.

as far as i know its not illegal to go out in your underwear its just frowned upon. I stand out on my front porch all the time in my boxers in the summer it makes me feel free

you know, the funny thing is, in new york state, woman can go around topless and not go to jail for it. cause its legal. so, going around in your undies, i dont think its illegal. depends on what state u live it.

i don't think of it is unlawful except you tutor your privates. yet i'm undecided approximately that so do not quote me. nonetheless which you in no way see people strolling around of their undies, do you?
