personally i know a lot of people from there who have given me a really good impression...but why many europeans and not only call the US people stupid?

i think i will start to consider american ppl very stupid...i just said that in my opinion the US ppl are of a decent IQ and u guys started to critisize me ....

Well,I don't think so.I think it is just like that between continents,cuz some people here think that Europeans are stupid.I say it depends on the individual and nothing else.

i guess they judge the whole country by Hollywood. If i lived in a foreign country and the only Americans i really had exposure to were all of the Paris Hiltons and such, i'd probably think Americans were stupid too. In reality,though,those people make up just a small percentage of American people and don't reflect our society as a whole. Unfortunately, they're the ones that everyone else sees.

I don't think they are stupid (academically) just that they don't seem to know much about the outside world or have common sense
Could be seen as incestuous as not many seem to travel outside of their own state let alone country
