I have to agree with Phaedra. Britney Spears has shown that she doesn't have the slightest bit of sense. If you're going to create a child, care for that child. If you're not interested in nurturing and raising a child, then have the good sense not to get pregnant! However, Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson (is she a blonde, or just stupid?) are neck and neck a close second.

Initially I wanted to say Paris Hilton. Especially because of her wanting to do charity work in Africa. Yea, I see that happening. Not! But Britney Spears is probably the dumbest (if she still has blonde hair). How can someone with all her money not invest it wisely, spend it wisely, care for her children properly, conduct herself accordingly now that she is a mom...She is just a spoiled, self-centered princess.
