I guess it could be Slayer. You have to appreciate how they never sold out like Metallica.

Dinosaur Jr.
I didn't care for them the first time around, even though I saw them live twice. J Mascis's voice always just grated on my last nerve.
Recently, I heard "Start Choppin'" on an XM station, and thought to myself - "this guy's a genius! I can't believe I didn't like them!!" I actually feel like an ingrate now, because I took those two shows totally for granted.

Tom Waits, I had been a casual fan, a few songs here and there for a while, but I didn't get hit with the Waits fever until early this year. Now I'm loving it and getting everything I can get hold of!

Well, I already listen to alot of older stuff but recently, I've started to listen to Buddy Holly, who's a classic but I just never got around to listening too, and Gentle Giant, which is amazing prog band.
