first off let me tell u that im black and i like this guy who happens to be white, race isnt an issue for me but i think it should be something that u guys are BOTH ok with. secondly I dont know this guy personally at all i saw him and i liked him immediatly.. im planning on approching him by introducing myself. Im new to the school so i guess it wont be all weird to him.. anyways heres what im going to say.

Hi whats your name?
my name is kesha
im new to the school
k, u are chilling with me at lunch today (im telling him instead of asking him because it doesnt give him the option of saying no, usually works)
have u ever dated a black girl?
do you want to? (date a black girl)
can i be ur first?

im answering according to how i think he would respond, im like 99% certain hes never dated a black girl even though his friends are mostly black, im also pretty sure that he would be willing to date a black girl, but im not so sure if he would want to just jump into a relationship

If you asked me, I wouldn't care if you were black or white, but I wouldn't ask him:
have u ever dated a black girl?
do you want to? (date a black girl)
can i be ur first?
Because I think that may put him on the spot, as he would think he would be racist if he said no.
Just ask what is he doing and if he wants to hang out with you, that might work.

Not a good way to ask IMO.

"have u ever dated a black girl?
do you want to? (date a black girl)
can i be ur first?"

Right there you are making it out that race is important to you. Whether it is or not, that is the impression one would get if asked that.

Just act real, you are a girl and thats that.

Well from past experience I dont think you should even mention race. I think you should talk with him and se if he is interested in you as a person first. If he seems like he would like to know you more you might ask him out. I am the type of person who would rather go somewhere no one else is around like a park and really get to know that person.you should try that ( plus it looks good on you too make it seem as if you are not looking for someone to wine and dine you that will make him want to do tit even more. )

As a girl who has gone up to a dude to introduce herself I can tell you that you may be making a mistake... its ok to introduce yourself and probably ask him to give you a private tour of the school but that whole "Have you date a black girl?" Makes you look horrible specially 'cause guys won't take you serious...let him do part of the work or he'll get bored soon.

You're practically forcing him to go out with you. So that conversation you posted, is that your first conversation? If so, he probably won't want to date you because he doesn't even know you.
Just introduce yourself and talk about sports or something friendly.

Get real.
Leave the "black" references out of the equation. As you said (and I agree) it doesn't matter. "U are chillin' with me at lunch today" would turn me right off, how about , "Will you join me for lunch, today"? much more pleasant and it GIVES him a choice.
This is more important than to command his presence.
Good Luck

stop stressing the difference in race.. If you aren't stressing it, he most likely won't be either. Be confident. It is key.
