Yeah if you type in a question the system tells you how many times its been asked before (or some minor variant of it). But some questions seem to be continually on the system. Do an ASK and type in a question (you dont have to actually ask it) and see the numbers. Oh and as far as best timing I would say Saturday.

I think either Etiquette or Polls & Surveys is the best where there are lots of people and the weekend is even better for responses!
