I have to recommend Lake Tahoe. There's lots of snow, and if you're in town, you can simply take the tram up to Heavenly instead of driving around and dragging all of your stuff through the resort parking lot.
There's also a ton of other things to do. You can gamble, shop, ice skate, take a dinner cruise on the lake, or even enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn carriage (complete with jingle bells!).
If you're willing to drive out of town, there are tons of things to see and do in the nearby area.
Genoa, Nevada, is just on the other side of the mountains...It's the site of the first settlement in Nevada, and still has Nevada's oldest "thirst parlor". It's a fun way to spend a couple of hours. If you go, be sure to stop at the bakery there...Everything is good!
Truckee, on the north side of the lake, is another fun town to visit...it's very quaint, and the hardware store there will keep you busy for hours! I know it sounds weird, but they have an amazing selection of stuff, and I can almost guarantee that you'll find next year's Christmas gifts if you go! Additionally, Truckee is at Donner Lake, and there's a neat museum there where you can learn about the Donner Party and their winter in the mountains.

If you want snow then go to New York City, and there is plenty to do there.
If you decide against the snow then go to Las Vegas - again there is tons to do there!

Come to Western manhattan!!!! it particularly is low-priced and there's a considerable airport in Buffalo. Niagara Falls is so exceedingly interior the wintry climate! So kit deal up and are available to the Niagara Frontier and ice skate, make snowmen, and drink a great number of warm chocolate!
