I don't hate Bush. He is only a cog in the wheel. Yes, America has made many mistakes, and we are very slow to correct them, but we do in fact correct them, unlike other lands. Think global warming. At first, we were split, people tried to deny it for financial gain. Now, everyone is coming around, even oil companies are finding financial benefits in going green. Is it too late? Are we motivated by greed, not just democracy? Perhaps. The fact of the matter is, we are in a war with a new and dangerous enemy. The true enemy is Iran, who has nuclear facilities and capabilities. We are likely in Iraq to gain American-controlled land next to this giant for the purpose of infiltration, intellegence gathering, and another site to launch an strike from should the time come. Now, Bush couldn't really admit to this. But this is war. Things are top secret, and the common person can't understand them. Bush has an obligation to protect this nation, and most people cannot grasp military stradegy because they have not been given all the facts or they don't want to understand, so it looks like we're blundering around out there. The truth is, we know exactly what we are doing. I think we need to have faith in our country and give support to our leaders at the same time as we make our opinions heard, as is our right.

I do not hate Mr. Bush - but he is a poor president for the US in crucial times. The US has alienated friends like Belgium and Germany, it has attacked Iraq, it has alienated the UN, terrible budget deficit, slower growth of the US economy, the turmoil in the middle East increases, the US housing market collapses ... Sad.

Nope.
I voted for him and still support him. Hell, I'd vote for him again.
He's the only reason we haven't had another attack on American soil. I could give a rat's *** if we are in the middle east for oil. How do you think any country grows? Do you think we ASKED the poor Indians if we could just pretty-please have America? To rule means to do what's best for the country even if your own people fight you for it. I'll take my husband, president, brothers (any male figure in my life) having balls any day of the week over being some puppet or chimpanzee who cow-ties or overly-debates what he should do.
Anyone who isn't happy with the way the country is run, should be on their merry way to somewhere they think is better. Maybe Afghanistan ... ?
(I copied this from another one of my replies because I'm at work, and I wish to heck that I had more time to reply).

"hate" is such a strong word and emotion. I strongly dislikes the President's policy and polictics. So, no I don't hate him. Because let's face it, we only see what he wants to reveal about himself personally. From what he has revealed, I really don't like what I see.

I disagree with the majority of his policies, but I wouldn't go as far as to say I "hate" him. He is human after all with flaws like the rest of us...

all? i suppose all repulicans do. i for one do not. agree with most of his decisions if i put myself into his shoes. i mean war on terrorism. what do you expect him to do! let his country suffer victimisation and posibble furter terrosist attacks or fight for justice? what would you do if a known dictator to mass murder and torture who hates the US and funds terrorism who also hate the US is suspected of having nuclear weopons! i suppose he thought that the country would never forgive him if he let him continue... he was defending all of you americans. i think that you should atleast hear him out unlike most. most hate him because everyone else does....
i notice that anyone who put 'no' got thumbs down. i dont understand. so i suppose your opressing opinions? it is an opinionative question...

Yes, he is a warmonger and complete idiot. I thank God daily that our country is still functioning and alive.
The "War in Iraq" is ridiculous. We need not be there. We are BILLIONS of dollars in national deubt. What was our national deubt when Clinton was in office, oh yeah it was ZERO.
If anyone still is for Bush, they are either married to their cousin or warmongers and complete idiots like our President. God, please help us until November 2008.

Bush has never done anything to me.
Except raise my taxes.
And raise my gas prices.
And remove government programs that benefit me.
And deny healthcare research.
And allowed my employers (should they so choose) to remove my overtime pay, my benefits, my pension, and most likely, my job.
And ensure that retards will be in classrooms with my brilliant children.
And destroy a nation that never attacked us, causing the entire world to HATE us.
Anyway, no, I don't particularly hate him. But I seeth at all the people who once supported him, and the few who continue to support him.
