Never have until August. I retired in May, discovered I was becoming a slob. I have been going to a gym 3 to 5 days per week working out now.

I'm a runner and run every day. I try to take one day off a week but I love it so much that I usually just have to run a quick mile or take my dog to the friendly 'dog park' and run with her. It is not for everyone and we all have to find our thing we love.

I try to but I'm not going to lie....... some days I just don't feel like it. I'm slowly making it a habit to do it every day.
