Does this make sense?

Are their people out there who are happy, not being happy? Now I'm not talking about a cynic, because I'm a cynic myself. But I do wanna find genuine happiness in my like.

I'm talking about the people who just seemingly are happy, being not that happy. Is this just the nature of some people? Or is it caused?

Does that makes sense? If not, just move on to the next question and don't bother making fun of me.

We can all be happy when good things are happening in our lives. We can also be extremely happy when we experience an "epiphany" or some such event....................but it it is impossible to maintain that intensity for a long period of time.

We can equally all be unhappy but that is also caused by life experience.

I think we all experience the highs and lows of emotion. Some people can appear to be happy most of the time because they tend to leave the unhappiness behind or inside themselves. They usually suffer at some time in their lives though.
I think It's just LIFE.

There is a good book called "Happiness is a Choice" by Minirth Meyer. (not sure of publishing details)

Other than the punctuation confusing the initial question, yes this makes sense (and that wasn't making fun of you, just an observation).

It isn't that they PREFER to be unhappy, it's that they don't know anything else. Growing up they were never happy. Broken home, abuse, pick, there could be any number of reasons. When they escape this, things start to change. Change scares people. So, instead of accepting happiness, they run to the status quo and remain unhappy. At least there, there is a knowing.

Some people do appear to be happiest when they are unhappy.Take a look at some peoples' faces and just see how bitter they look.It took them a lifetime to get their faces looking like that. Why are they unhappy, perhaps they somehow feel cheated by life, that somehow they were deserving of something and it just didn't come to them.People do not realize that we take responsibility for our own happiness. The only thing we are given in life is the opportunity to make the best of each day.If some people would rather waste the day by feeling sorry for themself that is their loss.I try to not waste a day, I'm not going to get it back.

There are people who are not happy unless they are venting out their angst or negativity on others. You can play into it and satisfy their need or just ignore them when they act up. Thats what I do.
