Theoretically we should all be on a level playing field. So the more that knew, the better. But what kind of kiss was it? Was it made to lure you into some temptation? Was it just a friendly peck? People do that all the time.
Was it her mother or her sister or her daughter? Her grand daughter? lol What are the particulars? If you don't know, it could be pretty embarassing when you spread untruth! It might not be what you think!

Agreed. Its NONE of your business, period. Although kissing anyone other than a relative is out of place on an office, I would keep it to myself. Don't bite ( ha ha) the hand that feeds you, unless you plan to look for another job.

It should not matter if she kissed a woman or a man, just like she should not care who you kiss.
Don't spread rumors, or you may be looking for a new job.

If she is doing it on her own time then I say go for it and enjoy yourself. If she is doing it on company time then I would frown upon it but I still would just mind my own business. Although I don't think she should be getting paid to pleasure herself.

Just mind your own business. Just as you would expect the superior in regard to your own life.

Why should that bother you. It is nothing to do with you; do not poke your nose into the business of other people.
How would you feel if she started gossiping about you?
Use that as a yardstick.

I would not spread the news regardless of anything at all that she said or did,,,because I just plain do not enjoy gossip.

You say, "who care's if she's bi?", but obviously you do. You also say you wouldn't spread the news, and yet you are introducing the topic, albeit anonymously, to the entire world.
