how can i get around college internet blocks?

its redicilous. if the college has half of the internet blocked and i cant find resources i need for assignments, how do i get around it completely?

open Goggle language tools in the browser and then translate the page from some language to English. It's already in English so there won't be a translation.

The browser will believe it is look at Google.com but Google language tools will return the page for you.

Don't get caught browsing things you shouldn't using this method or you may not have any computer privileges the next day.

Surely they only block out the harmful or illegal parts.
