and ever since my periods have been a little out of wack which i know is normal but i recently went to the doctors and got yasmin i had to wait for the first day of my period to start taking them so that day came and i took the first pill and my period lasted for about 3 hours that first day do you think its because of the pill i took? or because my periods are still out of wack? do you think anythings wrong? im still taking my pills everyday since then at the same time

No I don't think anything is wrong with you but your cycle is like that maybe because of the pills you are taking may have you cycle so short. But then again you should ask you Physician is this normal. But you should follow these links about the "Yasmin" pill and read the information.

Your periods will be out of whack for about a year after you stop taking the pill. I would check up with your doctor just to make sure there are no other complications.

I think it's just from the pill you took. If it still keeps up like that though, I would go back to the doctor.

Takin birth control for a long period of time can cause your periods to be out of whack for awhile its normal. Also if you switched from one kind to another it may be just be that and give your body time to get use to it and you should be ok.

I think it is in response to your taking the new medication. It will take a few cycles for it to be back in order. That information should be available on the package insert of the drug.

I would go to the doc, you may have a baby but not sure. but I got off pills 4 months ago. so were trying to have a baby, becareful.

Artificial hormones are no good for your body. Birth is poison and leaves you with more problems down the line than you had before it began. FYI.

taking anything for birth cotrol messes up your system call you doctor and ask him
