The flag is a symbol of our liberties and freedoms.
Burning the flag is not unconstitutional because our actual liberties and freedoms are more important than the symbol.

Only someone who does not believe in democracy would put the symbol of freedom above actual freedom.

It's not unconstitutional, but as a veteran, I will take the assault & battery charge for physically stopping anyone I see burning a flag.

Probably not unconstitutional, but it should never be done out of respect for where you live. Our country is free, but if you are so angered by it that you need to burn a flag, then just leave, your aloud to do that too.

I don't think it is. It's a matter of free speech and therefore is protected by the constitution.

The US not free because of the flag. It's free because of our constitution. The flag is a piece of cloth that was most likely made in China.

Who says it is? The Supreme Court has ruled in the past, that flag burning is protecte free speech.

It is a protected right under the first amendment. However, If I catch you trying to burn our flag, I will kick the crap out of you.
