This just in - seconds ago... MA state legislature has passed the Bill that not only authorizes but encourages topless massage - i.e. the one in which both client and masseuse are topless or, even better, completely naked. 211 - Yea, 1 - Nay. Can you believe it? Nothing about "happy ending" though...
