Why dont challenge the people on the streets and fight with them?

It is an easy and free method for practice.

Lots of practice. I wrestled in High School and for fun with my buddies, and it's just practice practice. Find a system that works for you, and go with it. Judo, Jujitsu, and even Krav-maga would be excellent additions to your wrestling style. Go run, practice, do some weight training, practice, and oh.. don't forget to practice! The faster you are, and the more you can use your opponent's weight and energy against them, the better you'll be ^_^

Best of luck!

I don't know any sites but you have to be in shape and hire a wrestling coach. Or you can just watch wrestling and pick up some moves.

haha i remember when i could wrestle. i learned jujitsu and it substantionally improved my wrestling. if you search on youtube for jujitsu lessons im sure you could pick up some moves from there. other martial arts such as judo and pankration are also good for wrestling training.

Work on your reflexes and flexibility. Speed is the key, you must be able to out maneuver your opponent and you need to be able to endure in the later periods when your body wants to give up. Good luck.
