Happiness is priceless...all the money in the world cannot buy it therefore it is given out free! This is where you will find the first step to find it. The Holy Bible. Go to the book of Matthew 11:28-30. God is very clear there about our burdens. He will replace it with a happy heart! I guarantee!

You can't buy happiness. Maybe for a while, maybe get a new car, or jewelry, but it's only skin deep. After a while you'll long for a real relationship, not one based upon money. It can only buy happiness to the ones that are fake people, those that use and abuse other people, and no one likes these people. So if you want to buy happiness, you're going to be all alone, probably for the rest of your life. But you'll long for something more, and realize you can't get it because everyone you knew has moved on to find meaning and love in their lives, and you can't buy that, not for all the money in the world.

Y dont u go and meet up wiv friends or wiv a partner - thats a practically guranteed way 2 b happy as long as none of them are in a bad mood

You can't buy it. It's internal. You choose whether to be happy or not. You can either be satisfied with what you've been given and make the best of it or you can be completely miserable.
