Hi - we are starting a fsbo process on a condo. Does anyone know of a good standard template to use for the offer/counteroffer process? Right now, everything is verbal and I'd feel muc better if we had things in writing.

Be very careful with office store forms. If you want to protect yourself, have an attorney draft your documents.

Any decent office supply company will have simple fill in the blank forms. If your transaction starts to get into a bunch of contingencies and terms that you are not 100% clear on, have a RE attorney review the documents.

On the surface, Acermil's comment has some merit. unfortunately with a little digging you find that it's just another "licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin" afraid of losing another easy commission to a fsbo transaction.

The question was "where to get a form" not "can some dumbass rEALTOR please come a bash me for being a fsbo?"

Use caution with 'generic forms'. The language may not properly reflect the real estate laws in your specific state. When purchasing something as expensive as a condo, 'dime store solutions' are not exactly wise.

there are many forms available online and at your local business supply stores.
