Best viewpoint for Lord Mayor's show?

Where is the best place to stand if you want to get a good view of the Lord Mayor's show procession?

By St Paul's Underground station. The road is wide enough there to get a good view. Or by City Thameslink Station in Ludgate Hill.
If you get there early enough, the floats stack in London Wall and Hounsditch.

last time I went i got down near the bank of England and had a very good view but my advice is get there early as the crowds build up quickly
