Yes. Imagine the possibilities. You're sitting, minding your own business..... and, some joker won't leave you alone..... no matter what you say. Do you panic? Start looking around for a familiar male face that might be able to help you out? Do you run into the Ladies Room, and stay there, until (hopefully) he leaves? No! Hell No! You (SNAP!) turn yourself into Sam, the Sumo Wrestler. Problem solved. Or, how about this? You're dying to see the new "chick flick" all your friends are talking about - and tonight's the last showing at your local theatres. Your female friends are tied up (SHOOT!), and you know your boyfriend.... Bubba, the Jock.... is not going to sacrifice Monday Night Football to take you to see the musical remake of "Pretty Woman". So, now what? Do you go alone? Sit home and sulk as he cheers his team on? Or, go out, find the annoying joker that wouldn't leave you alone the day before, and offer him a proposition (assuming, he's not a football fan)? Ha! Don't be silly. You'd simply set your cell phone to vibrate.... and zap Bubba.... turning him into your best girlfriend... and instant movie companion. Voila!
Of course.... it could get a little tricky when Bubba doesn't return the new Prada bag you lent him.... or, when he uses the last of your Christian Dior perfume. And, suppose (heaven forbid!) your favorite jeans look better on him than they do on you... Y'know, now that i've given it some thought.... maybe, this isn't such a great idea, after all. Matter of fact, you go to the movies with Bubba. I don't even like her any more.

I think I'll keep being a female. Wait, I guess sometimes it would come in handy to be a male because if you have to pee, you can easily go behind a tree or something where a woman has to go through all kinds of trouble. Okay, so for that reason I'd want to change sometimes.
