i'm making a food chain for a class and I need to know if there is anything that eats buzzards.

I know of no animal that attacks buzzards, except other carrion eaters when fighting over carrion. But all carrion eaters would feast on a dead vulture. Foxes, cats, coyotes other vultures, crows and etc.

There are lots of carrion eaters. A dead buzzard (or do you mean vulture?) is just more carrion. An example would be a dermestid beetle.
