It's in 'the orange box' with Half-life 2 and Team fortress 2.
Not sure about Vista, i'm waiting for the PS3 version.

you can buy it from a retailer in the half life 2 orange box

also you can buy it through steam, steampowered.com which use need to download anyway to play it

$50 for orange box, $20 by itself on steam
