Once you have lost your virginity that's it. You can't go back to being a virgin. As far as making it tighter I don't know of any creams or liquid solutions to help that. I know you can have a surgery to tighten things up.

my god! no cream or solution can bring back virginity,once you broke the hymen,that's it!..not a virgin anymore..but it's still tight for some time..maybe a year or two? depending on the frequency you make love.But until she gave birth,her vaginal canal will loosen a bit..

No way to restore viriginity, however there is a surgical option called a vaginoplasty to make it smaller. This is considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance

only thing i think i know is abstain from sex for quite a good time. This may make it tight but virginity is once in a lifetime.

Tim, I can't believe you would want a tighter vagina. The surgeon should have made it nice and tight for you during the sex change.
