Depends on who it is - what it is - and where. Most things I let pass by and mark it up as an experience. Life is full of them. There are some surprises too. Albeit from me to critisize but grudges are just that. They do pass and something else takes its place. Am not in the leagues for revenge tactics..that is simply asking for trouble. We all know that if you don't go looking for trouble..it will come looking for you. Its one of those things in life that you cannot turn on nor off. There is no definate solution to the means to an end. You either deal with it or move on. Some situations arise out of the blue..though are they grudges? Or life's lessons in getting along with it?

I tend to hold grudges, but I'm working on getting better at forgiveness. Holding grudges only hurts yourself, not the other person.

Revenge just brings you down to the other persons level, and letting it pass without dealing with it is really the same as holding a grudge.

Let is pass. That is the best way.

Quick revenge is wrought with dire consequences and regrets.

People that hold grudges...well I'm sure we all now at least one. They are miserable people that complain all the time about the grudge and the person/people. They are negative and bring you down. Best to stay away from them too.

Depends on if it is someone I care about a lot. If it is someone I care about very much and believe that person to still be good (even if they wronged me) then I let it pass incredibly quickly. If it is someone I don't know very well or have no reason to trust, then I hold grudges for as long as it takes.

most things i let go,so that the anger does not get the better of me. but i will always hold a grudge against my ex drunk and violent husband. he beat me on more or less a day too day basis for nearly 5 years, till i found the strength to leave him. he did things i could never forgive, and will never forget. i will be in counselling for a long time after what he put me through. take care. warm regards xx

I held grudges and loved to get revenge. But i hate it now. I want to change. Its not good...it can control your life so just let it go.

wow - I do all three. If I am moody - boy instantaneous revenge is a must. When I am not able to get revenge - I hold the thought for years - And I also shrug off things - just depends on what factors are present within me.

I hold grudges! (ashamed to say)
my spouse is like a duck, and just lets everything rol right off his back. I can't help myself somebody screws with me, when I am so considerate/nice to others, I don't get over it!
I think about revenge, but have never acted on it, makes me feel good to think about it though.
