If you are worried that you might have a urinary infection, you should probably see your doctor. They tend to resolve best with antibiotics.

In the meantime, drink plenty of water. Cranberry juice is quite good for urinary infections.

If there was burning and stinging, you could buy a urinary alkalinizing agent from the pharmacy (e.g. Ural or similar).

You might have a urinary infection, or you might not. Your doctor would hopefully be able to find out what it actually is that is ailing you.

I have no insurance either and I have the same problem. My urine smells like ammonia and I have to use the bathroom throughout the day. You may have a UTI. I would suggest taking Unistat or AZO for UTI you could find both medications at the drug store. Continue to drink a lot of water and take one of the two medicines and hopefully it clears up.

If could be because of a medication you take. Some prescription drugs can cause this. You could be having some other kind of medical issue. It sure wouldn't hurt to get checked out by your doctor if it persists.

You have a bladder infecton most likely. Go to the Doctor and get anti-biotics and you'll be fine. It's very common in ladies.
