Debunkers can scoff and chuckle all day long when a celebrity uses
their public prominence to talk about 9/11 truth, but when a 20-year
decorated CIA veteran says that the evidence points to 9/11 being an
inside job, dismissive hand waving and off-the-cuff ad hominem attacks
on credibility aren't so easy to justify.
Bill Maher recently suggested that people who dare to question this
habitually lying government's official version of what happened on
September 11 are crazy and should ask their doctor if Paxil is right
for them.
Perhaps Maher would be less reticent to question the sanity of a man
labeled "perhaps the best on-the-ground field officer in the Middle
East" by Seymour Hersh and whose astounding career formed the script
for the Academy Award winning motion picture Syriana.

Robert Baer is no "radical left loony" as Bill O'Reilly would allege
and neither does he lean to the right.

He is a widely respected expert
on intelligence matters and middle eastern foreign policy, an Emmy
award nominated documentarian and a strong advocate of the CIA's need
to increase Human Intelligence (HUMINT) on the ground.
Baer served as a clandestine officer in Madras and New Delhi, India;
in Beirut, Lebanon; in Dushanbe, Tajikistan; and in Salah al-Din in
Kurdish northern Iraq. While in Iraq, Baer tried to persuade the
Clinton administration to back a coup to overthrow Saddam Hussein.
So when Baer told a radio host that "the evidence points at" 9/11
having had aspects of being an inside job, the noisy negativists and
the trolls were notable by their absence.

Watch a video compilation, including Baer's quote at the start.

So where are the debunkers on this one? What does Bill Maher have to
say about it? One of the foremost intelligence and foreign policy
experts in America and a 20-year CIA veteran to boot says that 9/11
looks like an inside job.
Let's hear Bill O'Reilly try and trash this hugely regarded individual
as another tin-foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist.
Let's hear Glenn Beck attempt to slander Baer as the next Timothy
McVeigh terrorist bomber.
Let's hear Sean Hannity ridicule this honorable professional and CIA
Career Intelligence Medal decorated stalwart as a caricature of
liberal political hate speech.
They couldn't, and that's precisely why the debunkers, the COINTELPRO
counter-operatives, the Neo-Con talking heads and the trolls are
loathe to address Baer's expert judgment on 9/11 being a likely inside
job.

It really doesn't matter what a few CIA agents think.
Since there are probably 10 or 20 thousand CIA agents in the USA, they represent a tiny percentage of all CIA agents
We can assume all the other CIA agents do NOT believe the conspiracy story.
That's pretty impressive, that so many CIA agents DO believe the official explanation.
Thanks for the question!
-----------------------------------
A few other points.
1. Saying we did 9/11 to "control oil" is incorrect. We didn't get any oil from Afghanistan or Iraq, nor will we. Also, we will have spent up to a trillion dollars on Iraq. That could have bought a lot of oil.
2. The military industry makes money with war or without, and plenty. Risking such a murderous, heinous, traitorous thing as 9/11 is completely unnecessary & repugnant. I would need to see rock-solid evidence of military contractor money flowing to a specific person who arranged 9/11 to believe this fairy tale.
3. Yes, there were some experiments with drugs on people. Most of this was harmless and certainly no one died. Much of this was NOT at the federal level & usually it involved prisoners who volunteered. Never was anyone coerced. The studies were typically joint ventures with an academic center.
That's a far, far cry from cold-blooded traitorous mass murder.

Hmmm.. There were plenty of mistakes made. It could have been avoided if we had a plan in place, which we should have. It is appalling that we didn't.
In MA, the guys ran through the tolls 5 days in a row. I'm sure there was a cop around. I usually almost always see at least one or two.
If people were less self-absorbed and got off the cell phones then maybe we would talk to each other more and pay more attention, maybe these things could be avoided. I think a big part of 9-11 happening is that everyone is too into themselves and their devices. We have lost real connections with people. That's the real danger. Why cannot more people see this.

I haven't read Baer comments yet have had doubts about the official version for a long time. What really convinced me there was when I read the comments of retired FBI agent Coleen Rowleys comments on patroitquestion911.com.Ms. Rowley worked in the FBI field office in Minneapolis where 20th hijacker Moussaoui was arrested.According to Ms.Rowley FBI HQ in Washington denied repeated requests for FISA warrants in the weeks prior to 911!Thus obstructing their terrorism investigations!WHY?
Bush recievved the infamous PDB on 8/6/2001.What actions did he taken to ensure Americas national security?
I have lost all respect for Maher because he has never questioned the official version of 9/11!It also makes me think that the government has threatened the media into not investigating 911!Which aids in making everyone who does question 911 look like conspiracy theorists since the national media won't investigate it!

right here is the tragic area of it, to the main important quantity neoconservatives have effectively proved one clean component - no one provides a sh*t. Barring intense inconvenience, the might of the US militia may be introduced to undergo to "remedy" the fringe pastimes of even a marginal allies like Israel - (marginal best chum via repeated betrayal of our alliance on considered one of those great style of events (united statesLiberty, repeated espionage / mole incidents / failure to act in our pastimes or furnish efficient intelligence)). The open movements of neoconservatives being blatantly incapable of working in the pastimes of the US, to the component the place it is an "open secret" that Israeli puzzling-line pastimes are served, fairly than those of the US. see you later as an without be conscious great style of troops don't get killed, and no-one comes asking us to surely PAY for the conflict, the US citizenry fairly could no longer be bothered with surely proscribing our government to strictly needed wars - such via fact the counter-insurgency in Afghanistan. as far via fact the quite activities of 9/11 the tragic incidents will probably never be typical. without indulging conspriatorial rhetoric all of us be attentive to that the US intelligence community had adequate assistance to extremely act to guard or pink meat up passenger inspections on flights and did no longer achieve this. all of us be attentive to that larger point workers have been cautioned to no longer fly regionally on commercial airlines from July of 2001, that replace into adequate to easily notify the generic public, this replace into no longer accomplished, which - we now be attentive to isn't a conspiracy - it is in simple terms incompetence. it is not beautiful - it is not secret and in contact - yet thinking the buffoonery we've seen on different much less-intense themes, it form of feels clean that an quite conspiracy is far much less probably than being tone deaf to actuality and profoundly incompetent.

Of course. It takes an awful lot of skill to make a building that big come down that perfectly. Not once but twice. Look at the flames. Only a couple of floors, but the whole thing comes down from the bottom. Never happen.

What is so fascinating to me personally is the number of people who are unable, even for a brief moment, to acknowledge or to even consider that our government has previously committed the most heinous of deeds.
Our government has no problem whatsoever breaking the law, assassinating, murdering, torturing, using American citizens as pharmaceutical guinea pigs (remember the LSD trials on the military? Look it up on the Defense website) and much much more to "accomplish" its goals.
"The end justifies the means."

Did you even read any articles to come up with this nonsense? What's wrong with you? Do you just pick and chose 10 words throughout an article and put them together to make up a sentence, and then believe that is what the article is about? How old are you and what meds are you on??

Bunk.
Shave this one with Occam's Razor. Either an American in the Clinton administration, then the Bush Administration (it was panned during the Clinton administration) recruited 20 America hating fundamentalist, trained them, financed them, and then got Osama Bin Laden to take credit for it, or we have pretty much what the truth is now...
