In the old days, movie producers did not show intimate acts of sex, but rather used segues that made the viewers use their imaginations. Nowadays, a lot of films show "graphic sex" where there is little to leave to the imagination.

In non-pornos, it's means the characters have a lot of sex, with a lot of nudity (female or course), and/or a lot of the dialogue is seemingly obsessed with sex. Maybe the characters talk about it a lot, and do it a lot.
Not appropriate for children under 18, certainly.
Was there a particular movie you had in mind?

The tag of 'Graphic Sex' is given to a movie that shows the 'simulation' of actual sex. Even if there's no nudity but the presence of 'grinding', this is considered 'graphic sex'. The shot of breast (without sex) is considered 'partial nudity', but the same breast showing during sex 'simulation' would upgrade the term to 'graphic'. The showing of a 'butt' would be 'partial'. The showing of a 'butt' whilst grinding would be 'graphic'. ;P

sexual content means there may be a scene referring to the act of sex or a sexual situation, They are on a bed or wherever and naked and a blanket is on them or they cut to another scene and you are led to believe they are doing the vertical mambo........Graphic sex in a movie leaves nothing to the imagination...they are flat out going at it
there is no doubt they are slapping nasty's,and they let you see
a bit.

I am pretty sure this depicts people engaged in the act of sex. If they show men's genitalia then it would be pornography.
