they say potential difference(voltage) is the force given to accelerate the electrons. so what would be the source of voltage and what form of energy it will be.. please help

The source of the voltage could be a battery, or generator, an ac signal from the wall, ect. The form of energy would be a flow of current from the negitive potential to the positive potential.
