The best scandal is yet to come, at least the most frightening one. That's the one that details the goings on in the White House about why so many papers and so much information has been made secret.
Of the ones you listed, the Plame affair is the most typical.
It involves lying, belittling, behaving knowingly in a traitorous way to the advancement of the Iraqi war. When the truth was given them, they choose to ignore it and instead set about ruining the people who gave them the information they asked for. Outing a covert agent, and she was one even though they tried to paint her as a glorified secretary is illegal. One might logically ask why no one went to jail, except that with Bush, unless he goes to jail, no one will. They will have their sentences commuted like Libbey did. Isn't that comforting to know if you are the one with the smoking gun.

Actually they each describe a different aspect of the Bushies and the current GOP. Abramoff is a symbol of the unbridled corruption that has gripped the GOP. Plame scandal is a fine example of the Administration's desire to rule the world and to be secretive letting out only what they will to discredit dissenters. Larry Craig is a prime example of the hypocrisy that is running amok in the GOP. Republicans must take back their party from the neocons or lose what they have left of decency and integrity.

1. Abramoff funneled money to both Democrats and Republicans, amazing how you left that out.
2. Valerie Plame the NON-Covert agent who's own husband outed her before anyone in the Cabinet did? Ohh yes quite the affair to those who get their news from the National Enquirer.
3. Larry Craig's sodomy ? You witnessed this ? Did ANYONE witness it ? Was it even listed as a charge ? Interesting lack of facts there junior.

Come on now, whatever happened, all of it happened in the past and we just have to put it behind us now. If anything, it was all just a lapse of moral integrity, therefore a personal matter, and we should all just stop being so judgemental about behavior that may be different than our own.
Clearly, the gauntlet has been laid down that it is okay for a president to exhibit pedophilic tendencies, lie under oath, perhaps being very complicit in a variety of murders, so to throw stones at some gay guy who touched another guy's foot in a bathroom, give it a rest.
The other stuff was just drummed up by a vast left-wing conspiracy out to get Pres. Bush.
