I would expect an operating spec of 10 C or 5 C minimum, so 15 C should not be a problem.

If the image manages to come up while the degauss is still operating then you will see the image shimmer, this is O.K. Since the degauss circuit uses the heating of a thermistor to control the current in the degauss coil you may get longer degauss cycles in the cold.

As long as you are not getting water condensing out on the electronics this should be fine.

Where is this monitor located that it is so cold? I hope it is not your office.

Edit.
There is a minimum temperature requirement for offices in the U.K., I believe it is 16 C. Your employer is also required to supply thermometers so that you can check the temperature for yourself. There are similar requirements in the US.

Nah. The most up to date it is been right here was once round 35° C... nevertheless within the underground stations (in which it is sizzling within irrespective of the external climate) it reached close (provide or take) forty five° C Even the Middle East do not achieve as prime as 50° C, perhaps just for approximately an hour at a random factor in the summertime. Usually the temperature there may be approximately 35-forty° C. The maximum temp EVER recorded was once fifty eight° C in Libya !!
