...Accusing the Colts of cheating!! Isn't this the funniest thing you've ever heard!? What nerve they have! How can you continue to support this classless organization? They have the mindset of an 8 year old and think by accusing someone else of cheating it will make them look better for what they did! Come on Pats, this is why everyone hates you!

***Dave and styles.....
My point exactly. You're, to a tee, what Patriot fans are!!

And I could care less if either team never won another game ever, so to call me jealous is simply ridiculous!

***lkycharmz,
Listen dude. I CAN own up to the fact that Michael Vick screwed up, not the Falcons, but Michael Vick. He is paying for his actions. Are the Patriots? NO! They are continuing to play with everyone pointing their fingers and talking about them, IE- Don Shula!!! You've got a class act hall of famer talking about your team and calling them cheaters and comparing them to Barry Bonds!!

Yeah, it's ridiculous to me, too. It's like, the knife is already in. The Pats beat 'em, but they want to stick the knife in a tad deeper. I'm scratching my head on that one.

BTW, I'm a Falcon's fan, too, and I live in Charlotte; so I'm gonna be pumped Sunday. I know our guys aren't gonna do much this season, but they can at least play spoiler.

Umm, the Patriots are not the first to complain about it and that is the reason Goodell sent out a memo to all teams about blasting artificial crowd noise into the stadium. So it was not out of the norm to questions something that was very obvious on TV. I find it funny you call us classless when your team was led by the most classless man to ever enter the NFL. You worshipped someone who kills dogs and has water bottles with secret compartments, or smokes pot. No one on our team has been accused of such pathetic crimes. So don't go throwing rocks at glass houses. Oh, and as a long time Patriots fan, we could care less what you think. It just means every win we get, it pisses you off more, and to me, that is sweet justice for all your mouthing off. You are jealous. Pure and simple. Have fun in last place loser.

The move the Pats front office did was not unexpected. Many teams have complained about crowd noise at the Indy dome so I'm not sure this was anything unusual or an attempt to drag another team into their muck.

The Patroit fans who jumped on this story full board were obvoiusly trying to deflect some of the negative attention there team was getting. Now that was ironic.. and funny.

What's also ironic is the "holier than thou" attitude as if the Pats have NEVER, EVER benefited from bad penalty calls or penalty calls that should have been made and weren't. I agree some of those calls were questionable at best but how that's the fault of the benefiting team, I don't know.

I also think it's childish that they keep harping on it after CBS has already taken responsibility for the incident. The "skip" wasn't heard during the radio broadcast or the local footage and everyone I've talked to who was at the game didn't hear it. But some Pats fans want to act like this is some sort of conspiracy against them. And the way they jumped on it yesterday as if it was the gospel when the only thing out there was the blog of a Yahoo sports writer and a youtube video. I couldn't find an actual story on a sports news website. Just insane and childish. While not everyone hates the Patriots, this is a big reason why A LOT of people do.

p.s. Did you hear what Ditka said about Pats fans on NFL countdown? It was great!!

Given the fact that other teams seem to think that Indy is artificially amplifying the crowd noise, and that the CBS broadcast showed a sound glitch that sounds like a skipping CD, I don't think the accusation is unreasonable.

And the Pats, "classless"? That's rich coming from a fan of the Atlanta Felons, er Falcons.

I love all this hate towards the Patriots. Just means they are the best team in the NFL, and may prove to be the best team ever. All Patriots fans know that the Pats play better with adversity, so please, keep spewing this hatred and the Super Bowl is ours. You guys just keep spitting in the wind. We Pats fans love it.

Well them and every other team that's ever played in the RCA dome and heard the CD skip...
And if Mike Ditka is saying that the Pat's will never be America's team- Who the hell wants their team to be America's team??? You might as well just call it The Bandwagons- keep it faithful New England's team and I'm just fine.

You need to get over yourself. Whether or not it is true, the colts have been accused of that for years, by several other teams. This is not news.

Isn't it ironic that even with the refs help, the Colts still couldn't beat the Pats?...Uh...You're an idiot...Don't think that your team doesn't do something against the rules to get an edge...Hmmm...And you really shouldn't be talking...What happenned to the QB you had last season?...I believe he had a little legal trouble...*L*...

Of course Don Shula's gonna say something when the media asks him...He's worried about the Pats matching his '72 Dolphins, you moron...
