i haven't carried out that, yet 12 months, in my absent-mindedness, I sent out Christmas enjoying cards and had each and each one among them returned. as a replace of stamps, I had positioned Christmas seals on them. *sigh*

Actually they did.. in 2002 had a spay or neuter stamp with dogs on it.. but wasnt lickable..but that would be funny!!
