what are my chances of getting into rider university?
i have a 2.9 gpa
my sats i got a 1450 on my sats
im not applying for financial aid
my teacher recommendation will be all good things
i have a brother that currently goes to that school
whats my chance..?

ur SAT score is okay t ur gpa a little poor ... bt it shouldn't b a problem ... n moreover ur bro is da same skoll ... so weighting da advantages n da disadvantages .. i guess u hav a pretty fair chance in gettin into it ... ALL DA BEST pal .

Is there any chance that you could get in on summer school programme?(I did that at UCL in London) it would help.If not a short course.

Pretty good - your GPA might be the deal breaker...it might depend on how much they like your cover letter.
