It is a windows XP..She said the picture does not fit the complete screen like it usually does..She used the enlarge button in the upper right corner but it hs no effect on it..

No, the picture is not blown up it is just much much smaller then normal.. Thank you

My guess is that you have a CRT and have changed the resolution and/or refresh rate.


There should be buttons on the front of the monitor that let you use the OSD menu to adjust the size, position and geometry of the image.

Can you give some more info?
Are you using Windows?

What does display look like -- is it "squished" a certain direction, or tilting, or slide part way off the screen....?
Or do you mean the monitor display is "blown up" large size, such that when you view a picture, it doesn't fit on one screen anymore...?

Can you still see the desktop -- and your mouse and a right-click menu when you right click?
