I know it's only been two games, but the Hawks do look much improved. Marvin Williams looks like he is ready to be an elite player and Joe Johnson is still awesome. The 1 point loss at Detroit gives me hope. Last year, they would've been totally crushed in the 4th quarter. What are you opinions?

I think they might be able to challenge some teams for that last playoff spot if they stay healthy (unlike last season) and Joe Johnson keeps up the good play. Because if I remember correctly they started off pretty good last year and then injuries hit them hard

They could probably fight for a playoff spot. This time I think the hawks are for real. With JJ really stepping up and the 2 rookie studs doing their thing. Plus, their young core of players are already in their 3rd or 4th year where most players start to break out. Also, in one of their losses it was a mistake on Josh Smith's part not taking a timeout for the last shot. This team could do pretty well this season.

They appear to be a team on the rise and should improve from last year, but they are not one of the elite teams in the NBA.

next 2 are in atlanta and those hawks will win, people will call me bias yet this game became by way of the refs and the refs merely. dwight shot a lot of unfastened throws! it became insanity. with a bit of luck the subsequent 2 video games would be performed the main suitable way aka the way it became performed in game a million
