MARRIED 32 YEARS TO MY SOUL MATE AND STILL GOING STRONG EVEN THOUGH WE'VE LOST OUR HOME AND CAR, AND HE'S UNEMPLOYED. I'VE BEEN ILL FOR 15 YEARS. WE'RE CLOSER NOW THAN WE'VE EVER BEEN. WHAT AN ADVENTURE. FIRST DATE WAS A COMPANY PARTY. AFTER DATE HE TOLD HIS WORKING BUDDIES THAT HE WAS GOING TO MARRY ME. GUESS I DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE. LUCKY ME!

Marriage Number One- 4 years (divorced- too young to get married) Met at a nightclub (1981)
Marriage Number Two- 15 years (widowed) (met at work 1986)
Marriage Number Three- 5 1/2 years (and still going strong!)(met when I was 4 and he was 7...reconnected 40 years later..first "real" date- movie, dinner, shot pool, stayed up all night talking)
I remember every first date....when you meet someone you eventually marry, if you don't remember your first date, your heart really isn't into that relationship.
I can guarantee you, that most couples (if they are truly in love) can remember their first date...or the first time they saw each other..

Hi, I am married almost 13 years, and yes, I do remember my first date
We have an annual festive arts & crafts fair here in town we both like to go to, and he called me up and asked me to go with him way back in 1991...
It was my first time there and my first date since my divorce...
It was fun and outdoors and we ate fun foods and drank wine and had several hours of walking and talking...
Now it is a tradition we do each year in the spring...
So including our dating time and married time we now have been going back each spring for 16 years...
How about that???

I was set up on a blind date and he took me to play darts. I married him after15 months of dating. I have only been married 8 months

I've been married 1 1/2 years. Our first date was on Feb. 13th, and we went snowmobiling. I'd never been on a snowmobile in my life, and I hate the cold. True love! lol

Married 37 years to the love of my life. We went to Disneyland on our first date with his sister and her future husband.

I have been married for a year , it has been a challenging year but Im glad I married my husband . On the first date , he invited me and my friend over to his house for dinner .he was cooking in the kitchen and because I was not sure wether he really liked me , I started to think he liked my friend , but no.he called me into the kitchen where he was cooking and we began to chat , childhood stories and stuff .from that day on I saw him everyday and thre has never be a day that I have not seen in , espeacially now that we are married.

I have been married for a little over 12 years, and yes I remember everything about our date!!! :)

Married 32 years.
First date was a double date with my best friend and his best friend.
We went to a small club to listen to music and have drinks.
They only lasted a month but we found something special.
