i'm doing a project in advanced bio. & i need help finding what muscles are used, so i can come up with exercises!

Legs, torso (you sometimes pull your legs up in the air after jumping), and arms (to help get your momentum prior to, and as you are jumping). Feet too, because you spring with your feet as you lift up.

Well i think all muscles. But the legs muscle works mostly.

depends on the jump. most jumps only require legs (like in tuck/straight jumps) but many jumps (like straddle/russian, pike) require the abs as well. if you can google on different jumps and try them out, you'll be able to feel which ones are being used. good luck!
