hehe I had this stuffed chick named Peep, I HAD to have him with me to fall asleep. I'd lay in bed playing with him for hours. One time I lost him and my mom tore the house apart looking for him and I cried myself to sleep every night until she found him 2 weeks later stuffed between the couch and the wall ...
I still have that stupid chicken, actually. somewhere. lol
some things you just can't get rid of ....

It was a certain blanket for me, and every time my mom had to wash it I flipped out and cried hysterically because I thought the blanket was alive and it was going to get drowned in the washing machine!! HAHA!

I had favorite dolls I played with but I don't remember taking them to bed at night. The dog and cat of my childhood usually slept in my room and that always brought me comfort as I went to sleep. What I do recall is that my mom and I had this nightly routine. She tucked me in and one of us would say " I love you" and the other would say" a bushel and a peck and a hug a round the neck". Then I felt content and ready to sleep.

it was a stuffed animal. i had a blankly which everywhere i went it went i wouldn't let it go and one time my mom put it in the washer so i sat bye the washer waiting for it 2 wash and dry next to the washer was all i did that day.
i then once went over to my friends house for a week since my parents wasn't home i left it at my house for 3 days i couldn't have my blankly. i finally got it when we went to my house to go swimming, i grabbed it and slept with it for the rest of the time there but when i got home my mom took it from me and though it in the trash i was so upset. but i got over it within those years

I had a cot quilt with nursery rhymes on my Nan had made when I was a baby and I've still got it forty odd years on and all my kids loved and used it too. Not much left of it now just a raggy bit of cloth but I can't throw it out too much sentimental value.

I don't need to. I can sleep by just imagining things. A fantasy you know. And then I'm going to sleep with that dream on my mind. That's pretty simple.

Yea, I had a Boyd's Bears dog and I called him Chocolate Vanilla because he was brown and white. I got him when I was two and I still have him.
