My neghibor told me that I am big. when I said hi to my pervious teacher; she said that I became big. does it mean that i am fat, overweigth, sexy, cute, and has muscles or otherthongs.

Okay, er, we can't tell you if they meant "big" like muscles or "BIG" like fat because we have no idea what you look like.
When they called you cool though, they probably meant like your style of clothes, your hair, etc.

5'4 and 130? That's hardly "big", but you could be a little overweight or you could be solid muscle...you tell us! If you aren't very muscular and have a belly, it was probably not meant as a compliment. Sorry :(
