We are now in the Space Age where there are many improvements going on with science and technology. Just this month, they have invented the Femtosecond Laser which can kill fungi and bacteria living inside your body without harming the good cells. We all improve. Scientists say that nothing is impossible in science. Maybe someday there can be a machine enable to do that. You're a curios person. That is one of the attitudes most good scientists possess. Maybe someday, you will be the one to invent that kind of machine....

Not today or in the near future. See the reference for what's probably the best we can do so far. Someone wearing a sensor that looks like a bathing cap can navigate Google Earth. In a way, it's the opposite of what you're asking about. Give the sensor signals a control function, and then you train your brain to control those sensor signals to manipulate that control function. We don't even know how things like visual scenes and music are stored in the brain.

To print pictures from the brain unless to be kept inside us, to record music, WOW! that is not new. When we listen to a record or make up our own, maybe!

Not unless we develop commercial mind reading equipment. And pray to God (even if you're an atheist) that we don't; there will never again be any privacy.
