You may not like my answer (and that's okay) but according to previous statements you have provided to others as an answer or you supplied in your own questions, you buy Mary Kay products from Ebay. You've stated you like to buy MK products from ebay because it's cheaper. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
Mary Kay advises not to purchase Mary Kay products from ebay because of this very reason. You will not be able to send it back to the person you bought it from off of Ebay for an exchange or your money back. If you buy directly from Mary Kay Inc. or an independent beauty contractor (consultant), it's always 100% guaranteed.
Please don't buy Mary Kay products from ebay. You don't know what has happened to it and you don't know how old it is. I'm sorry you've been sold a bad and old product.
Please consider purchasing Mary Kay from from the company or a consultant. Most to all of our products (including foundation) should last and be good for 3 years.

I've been using the mineral powder since it came out. I was using the medium-coverage before, now the mineral powder is all I use as well as my customers. I am a consultant for mary kay as well. When I give my customers their facials, I give them a choice of a foundation to try, and the clients who choose the mineral powder keep coming back for more.

That means it's old, and liquid foundation is not good at all for your face. I would go for the powder foundation, it works alot better, and won't give off a odor and it's great for your skin!♥♥

It should not smell that strongly in the bottle or on your skin. Don't panic but discontinue use and contact your sales rep. If you purchased it recently, they SHOULD be happy to exchange it.
Turned makeup is so gross, isn't it?

It only smells because it's old. You should replace it.

Throw it away! It shouldn't smell so much that it is off-putting. Is it separating?

It's most definitely old. Don't use it. Throw it away and get some new stuff.
