I don't mean to offend anyone but being a teenager myself, I was wondering if the adults should stop this... We do have kids in this site you know...

Kindly ignore me if this is a silly question... Thank you and enjoy answering... ^_^

I don't usually ask questions like this so I hope everyone here don't mind... Sorry, I'm just curious.

I've seen too many sexually related answers and question in Polls and Surveys, and we have lots of teens here in this category...

I don't think so. There is the occasional REALLY offensive and inappropriate question, but that is what the "report" button is for. Sex is a normal part of everyday life, and the vast majority of people are naturally curious about it. Don't be embarrassed, just avoid the questions that don't appeal to you or you don't feel are relevant to your experience.

No
some people have to ask questions on here
sometimes they don't always have some one to turn to

I do think that there should be some sort of way to screen certain questions to under 16's
but unfortunately that would be quite complicated.
Please try not to read any thing that you may think offensive

Some how I think that any teenager has heard the likes of what is talked about on this site in the school playground.
And probably alot worse,

No hun. It's not as bad as mugging, raping, stealing, killing - along the average teenagers' ASBO collection.
I've just left the mecca of the evil teenagers, where sadistically taunting people who are not allowed to defend themselves due to being law-abiding citizens is considered hip and trendy. Little do they realise (no surprise to me) that they too themselves are destined to be 'older' and may even suffer at the hands of the lovely lickle kids they've so relentlessly trained to be @ssholes

Unruly 'kids' are a big, spoilt vicious disappointment to me. They can drive me from my house, but they can't stop my sense of humour ;)

Sometimes people need advice about sexual matters. Teenagers included. As long as it doesn't get too dirty and it is kept medical there is nothing you can't read in a teenage girls magazine which by the way are a bit over the top. I cringe when I see my daughter thumbing through those bloody things.

This is not a silly question. I am 66 in 1 month, and I don't appreciate that kind of thing myself. I couldn't agree more. That is what the Report button is for. Use it. There should be a separate site anywhere but here for that kind of thing. x

Definitely not a silly question.
As you rightly state, children have access to Q & A and I personally find some of the questions and answers, let alone the language quite repulsive.
Have you noticed, questions with of a sexual nature usually attract the largest responses.

well personally i think there should be a age range thing on this but teenagers can still answer questions but sexual questions would instantly be ignored. i mean i love answering adult questions i know im rubbish at doing so, but im so bored because im off school for 8 months now!

As long it's placed in the correct category. I don't think there is a problem with those issues being discussed on this site.

It is better kids can get real answers to sexual questions. Ignorance of sexual education can make babies and allow diseases to flourish. Or do you think ignorance is bliss? Does not talking about the natural urges in peoples bodies prevent them from possibly satisfying them? I think not.

I think the best is gonna be opening a category because people really need to talk about it to avoid grabbing false info out there.
