Why is Bush backing the Pakistani dictator? could it be that the Bush dictator ( executive orders) feels a kindred spirit in the Pakistani dictator? The Republipubes preach democracy and freedom but seem quite happy seeing lawyers, chief justices being locked up trying to protect democracy.

It's all the double-standard and hypocrisy that are the trademarks of the Bush administration.

The total disregard of human-rights and brutal repression by a dictatiorship is no different in Pakistan than in Burma. Bush's statements are filled with vitriol and rhetotics whenever he speak about Burma, while his statements on Pakistan are all filled with conciliatory and toned-down messages. The Bush administration imposed economic and other sanctions to punish the Burmese military regime. On the other hand, it vowed to continue its support to Pakistan's dictatorial regime.

The Bush administration is full of contradictions on the very principles that it stood for. Surely in the eyes of many, Bush had already lost his moral credibility to preach about spreading freedom and democracy throughout the world.

Musharraf has been a US best buddy and has been assisting interior the conflict on terror. best buddy does not propose 'buddy'. best buddy does not propose we believe each ingredient the rustic does. best buddy potential we've open verbal substitute with that united states and attempt to diplomatically paintings issues out. Militants in Pakistan have at the instant abducted police, demanded that Sharia regulation be put in place, and declared a Holy conflict on government officers. Pakistan is in a state of emergency, so Musharraf has declared one. "The Bush administration pronounced it replaced into "deeply disturbed" via the advancements" yet i assume you're telling me Democrats might in basic terms drop any allied family members if worldwide places did no longer do in basic terms as we tell them to do? Do you ever think of suitable to the subject concerns you place up approximately or do you in basic terms locate an attitude in those subject concerns which you would be able to insult Bush with and pass blindly on your marketing campaign?

The lesser of 2 evils, LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!

We went half ****** into Iraq because of a big emergency with WMD's that didn't exist. Then we whined about democracy. Now the people of Pakistan want to take back Pakistan from a dictator and the Neocon pukes all become pragmatic. "He is our Friend." Our friend's general, A.Q. Kahn spread nuclear weapons all over Asia.

Your criticisms have no validity. Both the President and Secretary Rice have spoken out against Musharraf's activities. If we have to choose between an ally and sworn enemies, I will back the ally every time.
Mr. Bush is the duly elected President of the US. He is not, and cannot be, a dictator. You must have forgotten your ninth grade Civics lessons. Or, did you get that far?

Like it or not, sometimes your only choice is the lesser of two evils. It may be better for the USA to support this guy than take a chance of the government loosing control of their nuclear weapons in the event of a civil war or military over through of the current government.

This is not an issue to bash the President (Bush) over . . . these people have nuclear weapons . . . I disagree with many Presidential policies but this one is serious. As much as it makes my stomach turn (and believe me it does) I will rally around Bush on this issue . . . I will pray for his best judgment . . .
