Yes, it's "I Vow to Thee, My Country". It should be noted that Holst didn't particularly like his tune being set in that way and a consequence of it having been used as a hymn tune is that it is often performed too slowly, when it should only be a little slower that most of the rest of 'Jupiter'. The British conductor Vernon Handley gets it just right!
